EMBODY LOVE WORKSHOP™ is a 2-3 hour workshop that takes participants on a journey toward self-acceptance. The goal is for girls and women to set new intentions about how they feel, think, and speak to themselves and others. Explore internalized beliefs about beauty and self-worth and how these negative beliefs have a detrimental impact o one’s view of themselves as purposeful and worthy.

More and more teen girls are suffering from invalidating their own level of emotional distress or competing with others.
